摘  要:为了更准确地获得某型号导弹自动驾驶仪产品批产验收测试的电性能结果,并有效降低型号批产任务的测试成本,缓解交付时间紧而测试人员不足的矛盾,介绍了一种自动驾驶仪产品自动测试系统的实现方法。该自动测试系统以测试计算机和自动测试软件为核心,采用转台支架机构和压缩空气模拟导弹飞行环境,使用高稳定性程控电源提供产品工作所需的电压和电流,自动完成产品测试状态控制、信号采集处理等过程。与传统的简易设备和测试方法相比,自动测试系统的转台支架控制、信号采集电路以及自动测试软件采用模块化设计,其控制精度更高、配置更合理,具有测试结果精度高、一致性好、测试效率高的优点。结果证明,该非标设备能自动保存和输出产品测试结果,从而减少测试人员的数量、缩短每批次产品的测试时间。该自动测试系统的实现与应用具有一定的军事与经济意义。In order to accurately acquire results of electrical properties of the batch acceptance test for a certain type of missile autopilot, and availably reduce the testing cost and relieve the contradiction of the tight delivery time and insufficient testers, a realization method of the automatic test system for missile autopilot is introduced. In this system,with the test computer and auto - testing software as the core, and the turntable bracket and compressed air are adopted to simulate the flight environment of the missile. The voltage and current needed for the product are provided by highly stable programmable controlled power supply; the test state control, signal acquisition and processing of the product are completed automatically. Comparing with the traditional simple equipment and test method, the modular design is adopted for turntable bracket control, signal acquisition circuit and automatic test software of this automatic test system, thus the control accuracy is higher, the configuration is more reasonable ; so the test is highly accurate, with good consistency and high efficiency, etc. The results prove that this non - standard equipment can automatically save and output the test results of electrical properties, and reduce the number of testers and time of test. The implementation and application of this automatic test system possesses certain military and economic significance.
