摘 要:结露现象会导致绝缘的水分增加,使隔热能力急剧下降。长时间的结露会造成隔热材料的永久性损坏,同时会造成室内积水,环境潮湿。因此防结露设计是船舶舱室隔热设计的一个重要组成部分。文中对《船舶设计实用手册(舾装分册)》中的防结露计算方法进行了细化和分析,结合陆用规范的冬季保温设计对手册防结露的计算方法提出了一些修正方案,并对传统的隔热材料节点形式进行优化设计。Condensation of moisture will cause a sharp drop in the thermal insulation capability due to the humidity increment of insulation. A long time of condensation can even result in the permanent damage of the thermal insulation, waterlogged cabin and humid environment. Therefore anti-condensation design becomes an important part in the design of the thermal insulation for the ship cabin. The calculation method of anti-condensation in "practical ship design manual (outfitting section)" is systematically analyzed and thoroughly studied in this paper. Some amendments are made for the anti-condensation calculation method based on the winter thermal insulation design for the land civil architecture. It finally carries out the optimization design of the joint types of the traditional insulation material.
