摘  要:有机载体中加入触变剂可以改善浆料的流变性能和印刷性能。有机载体中加入流平剂和定型剂可以改善电极印刷形貌,同时使电极截面呈梯形状并提高电极的高宽比。当触变剂、流平剂和定型剂在有机载体中所占质量百分比分别为4%、11%、7%时,浆料印刷性能最佳,电极线形最好。Rheological properties and printing performance of silver pastes can be improved by organic vehicles that contain thixotropic agent. Appearance of screen-printing electrode can be improved by organic vehicles that contain flatting agent and setting agent. Cross-section of the electrode is trapezoidal and aspect ratio of the electrode increases. When the thixotropic agent, flatting agent, and setting agent is 4%, 11%, and 7% by mass in the organic vehicle, respectively, the printing performance and electrode appearance are exhibited to be the best.
