摘　　要：从信息技术服务的服务要素及其存在的风险出发,结合信息技术服务和信息安全相关标准的研究,提出服务安全的概念,给出了信息技术服务的安全管控要素和管控模型,对规范信息技术服务的可信、可靠、可控提出了建议。Based on the risks from the service factors of IT services and the studies with related standards of information technology service and information security, this paper put forward the concept of service safety, safety management and control factors and model for IT services, proposed the suggestions to regulate the trusted, reliable and controllable IT servIceS
