摘　　要：文章从"零借阅"问题入手,借助社会科学统计软件SPSS,选取苏州卫生职业技术学院图书馆2011—2013年度入藏图书零借阅数据为样本,对其进行了分类零借阅总体情况、散点图分布、聚类树状图三个维度的分析。分析发现存在着通识类书目收藏过多,医药卫生类书目收藏不足,未能体现医学图书馆文献收藏特色,阅读推广工作缺失等问题,提出了优化书库空间布局和降低零借阅率的对策与建议。This paper begins with the problem of ＂zero lending＂, and selects the data of the zero lending of the Suzhou Health Vocational College Library from 2011 to 2013 as the sample by using the SPSS software of social science statistics. It analyzes the general situation of classification zero lending, the scatter graph distribu- tion, dendrogram and the result shows that there are too many collections of general knowl- edge, and the collection of medical and health books is not enough, which can not reflect the characteristics of the medical literature collection, and the lack of reading promotion. It puts forward countermeasures and suggestions about optimization library space layout and reduce the zero lending rate.
