摘 要:"三北"地区冬季供热期新能源消纳矛盾突出,供热机组装机容量大、冬季受供热约束调峰能力差是造成弃风弃光的主要原因。基于东北地区的调研数据,第一次量化分析了供热机组装机发展和调峰运行对新能源消纳空间的影响,提出能够提高供热机组运行灵活性的4种热电解耦措施,在对不同热电解耦措施的风电消纳能力和煤耗水平分析对比的基础上,提出了目前可行性和推广性较高的热电解耦措施建议。措施的实施对释放系统灵活性、提高新能源消纳能力具有积极的意义。Renewable energy accommodation in "Three North areas" in China became an increasingly critical issue during heat supply period, mainly due to large installed capacity of CHP plant. In addition, its low peak-shaving capacity for thermoelectric constraint in winter was also a main cause. Based on abundant data in Northeast China, this paper in the first time analyzed the impact quantitatively, which installed capacity development and peak-shaving capacity of CHP plant imposed on accommodation space of renewable energy. Four thermoelectric decoupling measures were put forward for improving operational flexibility of CHP plant, and wind power accommodation and coal consumption for different measures were calculated. Based on analysis and comparison, more feasible and propagable thermoelectric decoupling measures at present were recommended. Implementation of the measures is significant for releasing system flexibility and promoting renewable energy accommodation.
