摘　　要：梳理了知识流的内涵与定义,分析了科技创新中知识流的突出特性和基本分类,在此基础上,将知识流的管理分为4个阶段,并提出各阶段相应的知识管理模式,以确保每个阶段知识流动过程的完整与高效。The paper combs the connotation and definition of knowledge flow, analyses its characteristics and categories in scientific and technological innovation. Then it divides the knowledge flow management into four stages, proposes the management model of each stage to ensure the efficiency and integrality of knowledge flow.
