摘  要:增黏提切剂是控制无土相水基钻井液流变性能的关键处理剂,通过将超分子网状结构引入聚合物中,利用胶束聚合物合成一种超分子增黏提切剂CZN,并评价其性能。结果表明:CZN具有明显的超分子网状结构,有较好的增黏提切性和剪切稀释性,表观黏度、动塑比要远高于同浓度的PAM;具有较好的抗温性和实用性。以CZN为增黏提切剂配置了无固相聚膜钻井液体系,现场应用表明,该钻井液可有效携带井底岩屑,保证顺利钻进。该技术可为提高复杂地层钻井效率提供技术支撑。Rheological modifier is the key treatment chemical controlling rheological property of clay-flee water base drilling fluid. In this paper, a kind of supramolecular rheological modifier CZN was synthesized from micelle poly- mers by introducing snpramolecular network into polymers. Then, its properties were evaluated. It is indicated that CZN has obvious supramolecular networks, presenting good viscosifying and shear strength improving property, shear thinning property, temperature resistance and practicability. Its apparent viscosity and dynamic plasticity are much higher than those of PAM with the same concentration. Clay-free water base drilling fluid system was pre- pared with CZN as the rheological modifier and it was applied in field. It is shown that this drilling fluid can carry" the bottom hole cuttings effectively, so the drilling operation is carried out smoothly. This technology provides the technical support for improving the drilling efficiency in complex strata.
