摘　　要：目的分析2012-2015年甘肃省朝觐人员境外死亡率及死亡原因。方法收集甘肃省2012-2015共4年11305人朝觐穆斯林的体检数据,对朝觐人员在境外的死亡率及死亡原因进行分析。结果 2012-2015年甘肃省朝觐穆斯林境外死亡11人,总体死亡率为97/10万人。不同性别、年龄段死亡率无明显差异,60-69岁年龄段死亡率最高。最常见的死亡原因为心血管系统疾病。结论甘肃省朝觐人员境外的死亡率较低,心血管系统疾病为朝觐人群常见的死亡原因。朝觐前健康评估及预防接种可降低朝觐人群的死亡率,建议所有朝觐人员在朝觐前进行常规旅行健康评估。Objective to analyze the mortality date and causes of mortality in Gansu Hajj pilgrims from 2012 to 2015. Methods The examination data of Gansu Hajj pilgrims during 2012-2015 were collected and death rate and causes of mortality were analyzed. Results There were 11 deaths from 2012 to 2015 and the overall death rate was 97 per 100000.There were no obvious difference by sex and age. The highest death rate was in 60-69 age groups. Most deaths were due to cardiovascular diseases（36.36%）. Conclusion The death rate was lower in Gansu Hajj pilgrims and most deaths were due to cardiovascular diseases. Health evaluation and vaccination be- fore Hajj can reduce the death rate. We suggest that Hajj pilgrims do pre-departure health screening.
