摘　　要：目的报告某患者的HIV感染情况,说明对入境外籍新娘做好传染病防控工作的重要性。方法对一入境外籍新娘血样用酶联免疫吸附试验作初筛试验,确认试验采用免疫印迹法。结果HIV抗体阳性,经流行病学调查,感染者曾有回国史,最后送福建国际旅行卫生保健中心艾滋病检测确认实验室确认为HIV-1抗体阳性。结论对外籍入境人员的HIV的监测,是发现HIV感染者与防止艾滋病传播的有效措施之一。Objective to report the patient＇ s HIV infection situation, accounting for the importance of prevent- ing and controlling infectious diseases among foreign brides. Method to use the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for early screening test,and western blot method for validation test. Results The result is HIV antibody positive. According to the epidemiological investigation,patients had a history of returning home. At last, the HIV detection laboratory of Fujian International Travel Healthcare Center confirmed the result of hiv-1 positive. Conclusion HIV surveillance for foreign entry personnel is one of the effective measures to find HIV infection and prevent the spread of HIV.
