毕业生就业指导中谈心教育的必要性及其优化策略——基于长江大学“面对面,一个不能少”谈心教育的实践

摘　　要：大学生是祖国未来的希望,也是未来各个行业的精英。大学生的健康成长不仅仅对其自身的成长成才至关重要,更是一个家庭的梦想代表。高校是大学生健康成长的重要场所和摇篮,着力推动大学生健康成长是各个高校的必要责任,也是基本法则。高校学生中毕业生将首先走入社会,面对各方面有很大压力。推动高校毕业生谈心教育必要而且意义重大。本文结合长江大学在大学生谈心教育中的实践,探讨毕业生就业指导中谈心教育的必要性,并针对实践中的问题,提出优化策略。Undergraduates are the hope and future of the motherland, as well as the future elites in many industries. Healthy growth of college students is not just the essential for their own growth, but a dream of their family. Universities are important places and cradles for healthy growth of students. To improve college students＇ healthy growth is not only the responsibility of universities, but also the basic rule ~ Undergraduates would integrate into society and face a lot of pressure. So, talk education is very important for undergraduates. Based on the practice of the talk education in Yangtze University, this paper discusses the necessity of talk education and puts forward some opti- mizing tactics.
