摘　　要：详细阐述了农村小产权房的概念内涵及社会现状,深入剖析了我国农村小产权房在研究城镇化进程中存在的问题,探讨了农村小产权房在城镇化进程中的积极作用,分析小产权房合法化的可能性,并结合我国实际情况提出了针对性的政策建议.The article elaborated the concept and social status of the rural houses with limited property right, and deeply analyzed the problems existing in the study of the rural houses with limited property right in the process of urbanization. It discussed the positive role of the rural houses with limited property right in the process of urbani- zation, and analysis of the possibility of legalization of the rural houses with limited property right, which combined with China~ actual situation proposed the policy suggestions.
