摘 要:目的探讨数字化双目间接检眼镜在早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)筛查中的临床价值。方法选取200例早产儿为研究对象,采用数字化双目间接检眼镜对ROP分型进行初步筛查。以最终临床诊断为"金标准",分析数字化双目间接检眼镜在ROP筛查中的灵敏度、特异性和符合率,并比较数字化双目间接检眼镜和"金标准"在ROP诊断与分型中的差异。结果 200例早产儿经最终临床诊断为ROP 36例,发病率为18.00%。数字化双目间接检眼镜在ROP筛查中的诊断灵敏度为88.89%,特异性为96.95%,符合率为95.50%。数字化双目间接检眼镜和"金标准"在ROP诊断及ROP分类中的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论数字化双目间接检眼镜在ROP筛查中具有较高的灵敏度和特异性,在ROP的诊断中具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of digital binocular indirect ophthalmoscope in the screening of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP). Methods 200 cases of premature infants were selected as research objects, and all cases received digital binocular indirect ophthalmoscope for primary screening of ROP. With final clinical diagnosis as "gold standard", the sensitivity, specificity and coincidence rate of digital binocular indirect ophthalmoscope for primary screening of ROP were analyzed, and the differences between the results of digital binocular indirect ophthalmoscope and final clinical diagnosis were compared. Results 36 cases were finally diagnosed with ROP, with the incidence rate of 18.00%. The sensitivity, specificity and coincidence rate of digital binocular indirect ophthalmoscope for primary screening of ROP were 88.89%, 96.95% and 95.50% respectively. No statistical difference was found between the results of digital binocular indirect ophthalmoscope and gold standard in the diagnosis and classification of ROP (P 〉0.05). Conclusions Digital binocular indirect ophthalmoscope has higher sensitivity and specificity for screening of ROP, which has higher application value in the diagnosis of ROP in clinic.
