摘  要:目的探讨复方氟米松软膏在异位性皮炎患者中的治疗效果及其对皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法选取异位性皮炎患者48例,随机分为A组(外用复方氟米松软膏联合水杨酸)、B组(外用复方氟米松软膏)、C组(外用水杨酸)、D组(外用基质软膏)。结果治疗前四组患者的TEWL水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、2、3周,A组患者的TEWL水平均显著低于B、C、D组(P<0.05)。A组患者的总有效率显著高于B、C、D三组(P<0.05),B、C、D三组的总有效率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论复方氟米松软膏联合水杨酸治疗异位性皮炎可提高患者的皮肤屏障功能,具有显著的临床疗效。Objective To explore the curative effect of compound flumetasone ointment for the treatment of atopic dermatitis, and to explore the impact on the skin barrier function of patients. Methods 48 cases of patients with atopic dermatitis were selected and randomly divided into four groups. Group A was treated with external compound flumetasone ointment combined with salicylic acid, group B was treated with external compound flumetasone ointment, group C was treated with external salicylic acid, and group D was treated with external ointment base. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found among 4 groups in the TEWL level (P〉0.05); 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks after treatment, the level of TEWL of group A was significantly lower than that of group B, group C and group D (P〈0.05). The total effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of the other three groups (P 〈0.05), while no statistical difference was found among group B, group C and group D in the total effective rate (P〉0.05). Conclusions Compound flumetasone ointment combined with salicylic acid for the treatment of atopic dermatitis can improve patients' skirt barrier function, and has significant clinical curative effect.
