摘  要:目的探讨医护一体化培训对手术室年青护士术前访视效果的影响。方法将48名工作1~4年手术室年青护士分为两组各24人,对照组给予常规培训,实验组进行医护一体化培训。结果 3个月后实验组护士的沟通能力、床边宣教胜任能力均显著优于对照组(P<0.01);实验组术前访视的患者术前1天、进入手术室后的HAMA评分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.01);实验组术前访视的患者对术前访视的满意情况显著优于对照组患者(P<0.01)。结论对手术室年青护士实行医护一体化培训,能提高护士的沟通能力、床边宣教胜任能力,减轻患者的术前焦虑,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of integrated doctor-nurse training on preoperative visit of young nurses in operation room. Methods 48 young nurses working at the operation room for 1 to 4 years were divided into two groups equally. The control group received routine training, and the experimental group received integrated doctor-nurse training. Results 3 months later, the nurses in the experimental group improved more significantly in their communication ability and bedside education competence than those in the control group (P 〈0.01). 1 day before operation and after entering operation room, the HAMA scores of patients receiving preoperative visit of experimental group were significantly lower than those of patients receiving preoperative visit of control group (P 〈0.01). The satisfaction degree to preoperative visit of patients receiving preoperative visit of experimental group was significantly better than that of patients receiving preoperative visit of control group (P 〈0.01). Conclusions The implementation of integrated medical training for young nurses in operation room can improve nurses' communication ability and bedside education competence, reduce patients' preoperative anxiety and improve patients' satisfaction degree.
