心理咨询技能与放松训练在减轻非全麻下手术患者压力与疼痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨心理咨询技能与放松训练在减轻非全麻下手术患者压力与疼痛的临床效果。方法选取接受非全麻手术的患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。对照组接受常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上接受心理咨询联合放松训练。比较护理干预前后两组患者的疼痛程度和焦虑、抑郁程度。结果观察组在术中30 min、1 h和2 h的VAS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后观察组的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理咨询技能与放松训练可明显减轻非全麻下手术患者的压力与疼痛程度。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of psychological consultation skill and relaxation training in relieving patients＇ stress and pain in non-general anesthesia operation. Methods 80 cases of patients with non-general anesthesia operation were randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received conventional nursing measures, while the observation group received psychological consultation and relaxation training in addition to conventional nursing measures. The pain, anxiety and depression degrees before and after the nursing intervention were compared between two groups. Results The VAS scores at 30 rain, 1 h and 2 h of operation of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The SAS and SDS scores after the nursing intervention of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. The patients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Psychological consultation skill and relaxation training can obviously relieve patients＇ stress and pain in non-general anesthesia operation.
