摘  要:目的:旨在明确黄苞南星的化学成分,从而为研发科学合理的炮制方法以减毒增效,以及质量标准的建立提供物质基础.方法:采用硅胶正相色谱和ODS(C-18)反相色谱等方法研究黄苞南星块茎的化学成分.结果:根据理化性质和波谱数据与已知化合物对照鉴定了6个化合物.分别是脂肪酸类6,7,10-三羟基-(反)-8-十八烯酸(1),甾体化合物qingyangshengenin(2),胡萝卜苷(3),腺苷(4),豆甾醇(5)以及β-谷甾醇(6).化合物4的结构通过单晶衍射实验得到证实.结论:上述化合物为首次从该植物中所分离,进一步丰富了其二次代谢产物的种类.Objective:To clarify the chemical composition of Arisaema flavum, so as to provide data for the development of scien- tific and reasonable processing methods to reduce toxicity and improve efficiency and for the establishment quality standards. Methods:Silica gel column and reverse phase (C-18) column chromatography were used for the research of chemical constitu- ents in Arisaema flavum ( Forsk. ) Schott. The structures were elucidated by comparing physic-chemical properties and NMR spectroscopic data with those of known compounds. Results:Six compounds were identified as 6,7,10-trihydroxy-8 (E)-octade- cenoic acid ( 1 ), steroids qingyangshengenin ( 2), daucosterol ( 3 ), adenosine (4) stigrnasterol ( 5 ) and β-sitosterol (6). Compound 4 was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. Conclusion:These componds are isolated from this plant for the first time, and the metabo- lites of this plant are enriched.
