摘 要:目的:探讨芪苈强心胶囊对柔红霉素所致心脏毒性的预防和治疗作用。方法:选择8~10周龄健康雄性SD大鼠48只随机分为4组各12只,对照组(等量生理盐水处理)、柔红霉素组(柔红霉素2 mg/kg)、芪苈强心组(芪苈强心胶囊生药1 g/kg,以0.9%氯化钠溶液溶为2 g/mL悬浊液灌胃)、柔红霉素+芪苈强心组(柔红霉素2.0 mg/kg+芪苈强心胶囊生药1 g/kg,以0.9%氯化钠溶液溶为2 g/mL悬浊液灌胃)。结果:柔红霉素组的AST、ALT、LDH、α-HBDH、CK、CKMB水平均显著高于对照组、芪苈强心组(P<0.05);柔红霉素+芪苈强心组的AST、ALT、LDH、α-HBDH、CK、CKMB水平均显著的高于对照组、芪苈强心组(P<0.05),柔红霉素+芪苈强心组的AST、ALT、LDH、α-HBDH、CK、CKMB水平均显著低于柔红霉素组(P<0.05);柔红霉素组、柔红霉素+芪苈强心组的TSOD及GSH-Px活性水平、LVEF值均显著低于对照组、芪苈强心组(P<0.05),MDA含量、LVEDD值显著的高于对照组、芪苈强心组(P<0.05);柔红霉素+芪苈强心组的TSOD及GSH-Px活性水平、LVEF值均显著的高于柔红霉素组(P<0.05),MDA含量、LVEDD值显著的低于柔红霉素组(P<0.05)。结论:芪苈强心胶囊对柔红霉素所致心脏毒性具有预防和治疗作用,作用机制可能与发挥其增强心功能、减轻心肌细胞的过氧化损伤有关。Objective: To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effect of Qili Qiangxin Capsule on daunorubicin induced cardiotoxicity. Methods : 48 rats were randomly divided into four groups of 12 rats each 8-10 weeks old healthy male SD rats, control group ( physiological saline ), daunorubicin group ( daunorubicin 2.0 mg/kg ), Qili Qiangxin group ( Qili Qiangxin Capsule drug 1 g/kg, with 0.9% sodium chloride solution solution for 2 g/mL suspension turbid liquid intragastrically ), soft erythromycin+ Qili Qiangxin group ( daunorubicin 2.0 mg/kg+ Qili Qiangxin Capsule drug 1 g/kg, with 0.9% sodium chloride solution solution was 2 g/mL suspension gavage ). Results : Daunorubicin group AST, ALT, LDH, α -HBDH, CK, CKMB were significantly higher than of control group and Qili Qiangxin group ( P〈0.05 ); daunorubicin+ Qili Qiangxin group AST, ALT, LDH, α-HBDH, CK, CKMB levels were significantly higher in Qili Qiangxin group ( P〈0.05 ), AST daunorubicin + Qili Qiangxin group, ALT, LDH, α-HBDH, CK, CKMB were significantly lower than daunorubicin group ( P〈0.05 ); daunorubicin group TSOD and GSH-Px activity levels, LVEF values were significantly lower than the control group and Qili Qiangxin group ( P〈0.05 ), MDA content, LVEDD value were significantly higher than control group and Qili Qiangxin group ( P〈0.05 ); daunorubicin group TSOD and GSH-Px activity levels, LVEF values were significantly higher than daunorubicin group ( P〈0.05 ), MDA content, LVEDD value was significantly lower than daunorubicin group ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion : Qili Qiangxin Capsule has prevention and treatment effect on daunorubicininduced cardiotoxicity, the mechanism may relate with enhancing cardiac function and reducing myocardial cell peroxidation injury.
