基于GRADE系统的中药蒸气浴结合常规疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效系统评价

摘　　要：目的:评价中药蒸气浴结合常规疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:通过检索国内、外大型数据库并经过严格的筛选,将纳入的随机对照试验结果运用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析,并采用GRADE profiler 3.6软件,对其结果及证据质量进行分级。结局评价指标采用临床有效率。结果:最终收纳18篇文献,经Meta分析结果显示,OR=3.47,95%CI为[2.53,4.78],其整体效果检验Z=7.67,P<0.00001。GRADE分级结果:中药蒸气浴结合常规疗法与单纯采用常规疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的证据等级为低级。结论:单纯常规疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效不如中药蒸气浴结合常规疗法。但以上结论的证据质量分级却为低级,故该结论仍需谨慎对待,同时需要更多多中心、大规模、高质量的随机对照试验进行进一步的论证。Objective ： To evaluate the curative effect of Chinese medical steaming bath combined with routine treatment for knee osteoarthritis. Methods ： Via through search of the databases both domestic and abroad and strictly screening, the random controlled trial results accordance with the inclusion criteria were analyzed by the Revman 5.3 software Meta analysis, and graded the results and quality of the evidence by the GRADE profiler 3.6 software. Use clinical effectiveness as the criteria for the outcome assessment. Results ： After taking in 18 articles in the end, the results of Meta-analysis show that the OR = 3.47,95% CI is [2.53,4.78], the overall effect inspection Z=7.67, P〈0.00001. GRADE classification results： Chinese medical steaming bath combined with routine treatment was the low level evidence for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Conclusion： The curative effect of pure routine treatment for knee osteoarthritis is not as good as the traditional Chinese medicine steam bath combined with routine treatment. But the evidence quality classification of the conclusion above is low level, so the conclusion still needs to be treated with caution. Meanwhile, numerous random controlled trials with multiple-center, large-scale and high-quality are required for further argument.
