天麻川芎不同配伍比例对中枢神经系统影响研究概述

摘　　要：天麻川芎配伍是治疗头痛眩晕的经典药对,具有行气活血、缓急止痛的功效,近年来对其有效部位、有效成分、药效学研究及对中枢神经系统影响的机理研究取得一定进展。该文通过查阅中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)近10年相关文献,分别从天麻川芎药对不同配伍比例筛选、主要效应指标归纳及在中枢神经系统方面的相关作用机制做一综述,阐述天麻川芎配伍多途径、多靶点的作用优势及在中枢神经系统领域的应用前景。Gastrodia elata and Rhizoma Ligusticum with different dosage of compatibility, which have the effect of promoting Qi and activating blood circulation, relieving spasm and pain, is the classic matched pair for treating headaehe and dizziness. In reeent years, some aehievements have been made in the research on the effective fractions, active ingredient and pharmaeodynamics. By consulting the relevant literature through CNKI in recent 10 years, summarizing the study of Gastrodia elata and Rhizoma Ligusticum with different dosage of compatibility, chief effect index and the mechanism of central nervous system, in order to elaborate the advantages of multi-path and multi-targets of Gastrodia elata and Rhizoma Ligusticum as well as application prospect in the field of central nervous system.
