摘　　要：肌筋膜链是西方徒手治疗师应用颇多的重要理论,它与中医的某些观念和理论具有很大的相似性,具有一定的中医属性。该文以KOA患者为载体,将肌筋膜链理论与中医的整体观念、经脉以及经筋进行比较分析,整理和发掘肌筋膜链理论与这三者的共通之处,探索它的手法,为针刺治疗KOA提供更加充实的理论依据,并为将筋膜链理论越来越多应用于临床奠定基础。The myofascial chain is an important theory in the Western hand therapist application. It has great similarity with some concepts and theories of traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, with KOA as the carrier, the overall concept, theory and traditional Chinese medicine meridian myofaseial chain and tendons through the comparison and analysis of common order and explore myofaseial chain theory and the three, to explore its practices, provide a theoretical basis for enriching acupuncture treatment for KOA and the chain theory and fascia the more the basis for the clinical application.
