长针透刺治疗神经根型颈椎病临床分析

摘　　要：目的:通过长针透刺治疗和短针针灸治疗的临床疗效比较,阐述长针透刺对于神经根型颈椎病的特殊治疗效果。方法:根据国家中医药管理局拟定的中医诊断标准,经患者本人同意选定147例作为临床观察对象,随机分为3组。其中针灸长针治疗组为55例、短针治疗组为52例、颈部康复组为40例,分别采用相应的治疗手段。疗程结束后,对患者进行评定分析。结果:短针治疗组与颈部康复组比较疗效更好,统计学差异有意义(P<0.05);长针治疗组与短针治疗组、颈部康复组比较疗效更好(P<0.05)。结论:长针透刺治疗神经根型颈椎病与短针治疗、颈部综合康复比较有更明显的临床疗效。Objective ： Comparing the clinical treatment between long acupuncture needles with deep method and normal acupuncture needles with regular method, the special efficacy of long acupuncture needles with deep method on cervical spondylotie radiculopathy was expatiated. Methods： According to the diagnostic standard of TCM drafted by State Administration of TCM, 147 patients were selected as clinical survey objects of their own accord which were divided into 3 groups randomly. Among them to whom the corresponding treatment would be provided there were 55 people in the long acupuncture treatment group, 52 people in the normal acupuncture treatment group and 40 people in the neck rehabilitation group. Survey analysis would be carried out after the course of treatment. Results ： The normal acupuncture treatment group has better efficacy on the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy than it on the neck rehabilitation group, which has statistic difference meaning （ P〈0.05 ）; The long acupuncture treatment group has better efficacy on the cervical spondylotic radieulopathy than it on the normal acupuncture group, which has statistic difference meaning （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Long acupuncture treatment owns better efficacy on cervical spondylotie radieulopathy than normal acupuncture treatment in clinic.
