摘 要:目前,肝病已成为全球流行、发展、并逐步漫延的一个较大的新病种,随着新兴技术的不断涌现,完全可以在没有明确界定具体肝病的前提下,努力尝试应用新颖的技术方法,对肝病进行诊断及治疗研究,并可以将中西医有机的结合起来。蛋白质组学的兴起成为研究热潮。近年来,蛋白质组学技术运用于肝病的研究也逐渐增多,它已广泛运用于病毒性肝炎、肝肿瘤、肝硬化、肝纤维化等的研究当中。同时它也逐渐成为中医认识肝病本质的重要手段。通过蛋白质组学技术,还可以探究肝病证型与蛋白质组学表达特点的关系,中药药物的可能作用机制及作用靶点。这些研究也可以让中西医找到结合的切入点。Liver disease has currently become a large new disease of global epidemic, developmental, and gradual spread. With the emergence of emerging technologies, under the premise without clear definition of specific liver disease, which could be diagnosised and treated using novel technology. With the proteomics research achieving great progress, proteomics technology used in the study of the liver diseases was also increased gradually. It has been widely used in viral hepatitis, liver neoplasms, cirrhosis, liver fibrosis and so on. At the same time it also has become an important method for TCM studying the essence of liver diseases. By proteomie technology, we can explore the relationship between syndromes of liver disease and characteristics of proteomic expression as well as the mechanism and action protein targets of Chinese herb. These studies of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can be combined to find the breakthrough point.
