和胃安神方联合穴位按摩及五音疗法对双心失眠治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察和胃安神方联合穴位按摩及五音疗法对双心失眠的治疗效果。方法:选取2014年12月—2016年2月以"冠心病"诊断入住河北省保定市第一中医院心血管科的80例患者,所有患者均合并脾胃不合型失眠,采用自愿原则分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均给予调脂、降压、抑制血小板等冠心病的常规治疗,对照组予和胃安神汤,观察组在对照组基础上配合中医穴位按摩及五音疗法,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分表评价患者焦虑状态,并比较两组患者中医证候总疗效及失眠改善疗效。结果:干预前两组患者的SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后10、20、30 d,观察组的SAS评分均值低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医证候总有效率为87.5%,明显高于对照组75.0%,差异有统计学意义,观察组失眠改善总有效率为97.7%,明显高于对照组72.5%。结论:和胃安神方联合穴位按摩及五音疗法可提高双心失眠患者的睡眠质量。Objective： To observe Hewei Anshen Decoction combined with aeupoint massage and music therapy on double heart insomnia treatment effect. Methods ： 80 cases of coronary heart disease diagnosis were from December 2014 to February 2016 with in Baoding first hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Hebei province department of cardiovascular patients, all patients had the spleen and stomach type insomnia, using randomly divided into group group and observation group, two groups of patients were given conventional treatment of lipid, blood pressure, platelet and other coronary heart disease, control group, and Hewei Anshen Decoction, the observation group on the basis of the control group with traditional Chinese medicine acnpoint massage and music therapy, using the self rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS ） score with anxiety evaluation, and compare the two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect and improve curative effect of insomnia. Results ： Two groups of patients with SAS score compared with before intervention, the difference was not statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ）; nursing intervention after 10 d, 20 d, 30 d, the observation group mean SAS score lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）; observation group of TCM syndrome total effective rate was 87.5%, significantly higher than the control group 75%, there were statistically significant differences in the observation group, insomnia improve the total efficiency of 97.7%, higher than 72.5% of the control group. Conclusion ： Hewei Anshen Decoction combined with acupoint massage and fifth double heart therapy can improve sleep quality in patients with insomnia.
