摘 要:为研究气体绝缘金属封闭开关(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)中隔离开关分合闸操作时产生的特快速暂态过电压(very fast transient over-voltage,VFTO)对电子式互感器的电磁辐射干扰,建立了GIS电子式互感器的仿真模型,以实测VFTO波形为激励源,基于隐式时域有限元法计算了VFTO穿透绝缘接线端子圆盘辐射至二次金属采集箱的暂态电磁场分布。结果表明VFTO作用下辐射至金属采集箱内的暂态电场强度和暂态磁场强度均远远超出现有电子式互感器采集单元的电磁兼容试验标准。提出了减小接线端子原盘直径及增大金属采集箱与GIS外壳连接长度的抑制措施,仿真验证其可获得较高的屏蔽效能。研究成果可为电子式互感器的VFTO电磁辐射干扰抑制设计提供理论依据与技术支持。In order to study the electromagnetic radiated interference of electronic transformer caused by VFTO ( very fast transient over-voltage) during the operation of disconnector in GIS, the simulation model of 220 kV GIS electronic transformer is established. Taking measured VFTO waveform as excitation source, the VFTO transient electromagnetic field distribution inside metal acquisition box of GIS is calculated. The results show that the transient electric field intensity and magnetic field intensity under VFTO both far exceed the existing electromagnetic compatibility test standards. Suppression methods are also proposed such as reducing the diameter of the terminal block disc and increasing the connection length between metal acquisition box and GIS tank, which can both achieve high shielding effectiveness. These research results can provide theoretical basis and technical support for VFTO electromagnetic radiation interference suppression of electronic transformer.
