摘  要:简要叙述了碱渣废水的来源与组成,概述了国内外石油炼制和石油化工行业碱渣废水的主要处理技术及应用现状,重点介绍了湿式氧化技术处理碱渣的工艺特点及应用情况。从工艺特点、项目投资、运行成本以及装置运行稳定性等方面,对不同碱渣处理工艺进行了技术经济性对比,详细论述了各种处理技术的处理效果、实用性以及适用性,为废碱渣处理技术的工业应用提供选择依据。After a brief introduction to the source and component of the spent caustic liquid, the paper gives an overview on the dominant spent caustic treatment techniques and applications in oil refining and petrochemical industry, with focus on the characteristics and application of the wet air oxidation technique. It also gives a detailed discussion about the treatment effect, the practicability and the applicability of various treatment techniques through the technical and economic comparison of process characteristics, project investment, operation cost and operation stability, in an effort to provide selection basis for the industrial application of the spent caustic treatment techniques.
