摘 要:介绍了中国石化荆门分公司采用非金属材料技术(石墨)解决空气预热器中烟气露点腐蚀问题。石墨材料是一种超强的抗酸腐蚀材料,基本不与硫酸发生反应,并且具有良好的导热能力,其热导率为55~110 W/(m·K),可以在300℃以下安全工作。由于石墨块孔低温换热器空气预热系统可在烟气露点或露点以下温度工作,所以在避免烟气露点腐蚀和回收烟气低温显热的同时,还能部分回收含酸水蒸气的汽化潜热,可使石化加热炉的热效率进一步提高,达到深度节能的目的。This paper introduces the method to prevent acid dew point corrosion of air preheater with nonmetallic material (graphite) in Jingmen Branch of Sinopec. As a material with excellent resistance to acid corrosion, graphite essentially does not react with sulfuric acid. Besides, the thermal conductivity of graphite is 55-110W/(M·K), which endows it with good capacity of heat conduction. Graphite can tolerate high temperature up to 300℃. The air preheating system with the block hole type graphite low-temperature heat exchanger can work at or below the flue gas dew point temperature, so it can not only avoid the flue gas dew point corrosion, but also recycle the low-temperature sensible heat of flue gas and part of the latent heat of vaporization of acid water. In this way, the block hole type graphite low-temperature heat exchanger is able to further improve the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace and achieve better energy conservation.
