摘  要:目前,BIM4D技术凭借其精细的管理架构及出色的三维仿真模拟能力而被工程界所广泛认可。然而,传统意义上的BIM4D仅能作为计划层面上静态施工的管理工具,其内在的缺陷难以真正引导项目实时动态施工。对此,本文结合物联网技术与BIM4D技术,研发了基于模糊算法为核心的施工进度动态控制方法。该方法将实际进度模型作为数据分析来源,通过建立数据分布图形进行数据检验研究,用模糊算法逻辑映射完成工程进度计划评估。此外本文更是独创性地利用混合编程技术研发了一套以进度预测模型为基础的进度预警机制,真正拓展了BIM4D的应用,为信息化的工程进度管控提供了参考依据,实现了进度管理由被动转变为主动。Nowadays, BIM4D is widely accepted by the engineers due to its excellent detailed manage function and 3D simulation capacity. However, in the traditional sense, BIM4D can only be used as a management tool for static construction on the plan level, and its inherent defects can not really guide the real-time dynamic construction of the project. Accordingly, combining with the network technology and BIM4D technology, this paper developed the construction progress dynamic control method of fuzzy algorithm based on this method. The actual scheduling model as a data source for data analysis, inspection and research through the establishment of data distribution graph, using fuzzy logic algorithm to complete the mapping project schedule assessment. In addition this paper is more original using the mixed programming technique developed to schedule forecast model based on the progress of early warning mechanism, really expand the application of BIM4D, provides a reference for the informatization of project progress control, realize the schedule management from passive to active.
