摘　　要：目的探讨经腹联合阴道彩超对孕11～13^(+6)周高危孕妇胎儿心脏结构异常的筛查价值。方法抽选2014年8月至2016年10月医院妇产科门诊及住院检查的280例合并胎儿心脏结构异常高危因素的孕妇,孕周为11～13^(+6)周,先行经腹常规超声检查,再行经阴道超声心动图检查,以手术或死胎尸检结果作为最终结果,对比不同检查方式的检出率。结果 280例高危孕妇中有13例(4.6%)胎儿有心脏结构异常,共包括6种心脏结构异常类型,经腹联合阴道超声检查的检出率明显高于两种单独超声检查方法,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经腹联合阴道彩超在胎儿心脏结构异常筛查中的诊断价值较高,检出率优于单一检查方式,值得在孕11～13^(+6)周高危孕妇孕检中推广使用。Objective To study the abdominal joint vagina colour to exceed to 11-13^＋6 weeks gestation high - risk pregnant women the clinical value of fetal cardiac strudural abnormalities screening. Methods Selected 2014 in August --October 2016 outpatient and hospitalization of obstetrics and gynecology hospital, 280 cases of pregnant women at high risk for fetal cardiac structural abnormalities, merger between 11～13^ ＋6 weeks gestational age, the first routine abdominal ultrasound examination, again through the vagina echocardiography, with surgery or stillbirth autopsy results as the final result, compare the different examination way detection rate. Results 280 cases of high - risk pregnant women in 13 cases （4. 6% ） of fetal cardiac structural abnormalities, including 6 types of cardiac structural abnormalities, abdominal joint detection rate of vaginal ultrasound was obviously higher than that of two kinds of single ultrasound examination method, and compared statistically significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Abdominal joint vagina colour to exceed high value in the diagnosis of fetal cardiac structural abnormalities screening and detection rate is better than a single check way, worthy of high - risk pregnant women at 11 - 13 ^＋6 weeks gestation used physical checks.
