摘 要:在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,以情报学、经济学、行为学等相关理论作为基础,基于技术接受模型,引入移动设备可用性、信息服务机构权限、用户学历结构、信息质量、信息服务机构环境等因素,构建移动用户学术采纳模型,分析各个变量之间的影响关系,提出假设。在问卷调研的基础上,通过结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果表明,感知有用性、感知易用性、信息质量显著影响学术用户使用态度,移动设备可用性和信息服务机构权限都不同程度地影响了学术用户的感知易用性,用户学历对用户使用态度影响明显,信息服务机构环境也是影响用户使用态度的重要因素,模型对于移动用户学术采纳行为影响因素具有较好的解释度。On the basis of analyzing the present situation of domestic and foreign research, based on the theories of infor- mation science, economies and behavior science, based on the technology acceptance model, this paper introduced the factors such as the availability of mobile devices, the rights of the information service institution, the structure of the user's qualifications, the quality of information, the environment of the infomlation service institution, etc., analysis of the relationship between vari- ables, and then put forward the hypothesis. Based on the questiormaire investigation, the empirical analysis was carried out by the structural equation model. The results showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, information quality signifi- cantly affect users' attitude, mobile equipment availability and information service institution rights were to varying degrees affected the user's perception of ease of use, user education affected the attitude obviously. The environment of information service institu- tions was an important factor that affects the users' attitude to use. The model had a good explanation for the influence factors of the academic adoption behavior of mobile users.
