高校图书馆科研服务现状调查与分析

摘　　要：以教育部直属75所高校图书馆为例,从学科服务、科技查新、专利信息服务三方面深入调查与分析高校图书馆开展科研服务的情况。在此基础上提出:高校图书馆应与科研管理职能部门开展合作服务,联合学科专家等多方人力资源开展服务,利用多样化通讯平台与工具加强与用户的实时沟通联系,重视购买资源的整理与特色资源的建设与积累,加强图书馆之间的科技查新文献信息资源共享,努力面向校内外用户开展嵌入式的科研服务。Using the data from 75 Subordinate Universities of Ministry of Education （SUME）, this article had an in - depth investigation and analysis on the situations of services for scientific research in university libraries through three aspect, which were subject service, sci - tech novelty retrieval and Patent information service. Based on this, it proposed several advice to improve the university libraries＇ services for scientific research： University libraries should cooperate with the scientific research management administrations, as well as mobilize various human resources like the subject specialist, in order to carry out better services. Using diversified communication platform and tools to strengthen the real- time communication with the users, it paied attention not only to the arrangement of purchased resources, but also to the construction and accumulation of characteristic re- sources. Strengthening the information resource sharhig on science and technology novelty searching literature among libraries, strive to provide embedded research services for internal and external users.
