居家不出老年人社会支持与生活质量的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨居家不出老年人社会支持与生活质量的关系。方法采用整群抽样方法,于2013年11~12月在安徽省蚌埠市204个社区中随机抽取1个社区,对社区内746名老年人使用社会支持量表(SSRS)和生存质量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)进行问卷调查,应用t检验、相关分析等方法进行统计学分析。结果居家不出老年人的社会支持及生活质量与非居家不出组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);居家不出老年人生活质量及各维度与社会支持总分及支持的利用度呈正相关(r=0.347~0.202,P<0.05)。结论社会支持与居家不出老年人的生活质量密切相关,应增加老年人的社会支持,提高其生活质量。Objective To discuss the relationship between social support and quality of life of the housebound elderly. Methods Cluster sampling method was used to draw randomly 1 community from 204 communities of Bengbu City, Anhui Province in November and December 2013,773 eligible eider adults of community were surveyed by WHOQOL-BREF Scale and SSRS Scale; additionally, statistical a- nalysis was conducted by t-test and correlation analysis methods. Results The scores of social support and quality of life of housebound were significantly different from those of non-housebound（P〈0.05）. Quality of life and each dimension of the housebound elderly were positively related with the score of social sustain and using-support degree（ r = 0. 309, P〈0.05）. Conclusions Social support is closely related to qual- ity of life of the housebound elderly. Their social support should be increased to improve the quality of life of the community elderly with low social support.
