摘　　要：目的:探讨冠心病合并心力衰竭不同发展阶段各证候的中医治则治法。方法:在证候学研究基础上,编撰冠心病合并心衰治则治法临床专家调查问卷,开展多中心、大样本调查研究,应用汇总、组合、排序分析等方法统计分析。结果:冠心病合并心力衰竭四期十三证的治法依据病程、病机、演变规律,各有益气、温阳、活血化瘀、利水、降逆、化饮等侧重。结论:基于多中心大样本流调得出的冠心病合并心衰分期分证的治则治法符合临床诊疗规律,可反映临床专家对该病的诊疗共识,为该病的中医规范化治疗提供参考。Objective： To investigate the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure at different stages. Methods： On the basis of the study of syndrome,we compiled the questionnaire of clinical experts of CHD combined with CHF,and carried out a multi-center and large sample survey,and analyzed the results by means of summary,combination and sequencing. Results： According to the course of disease,pathogenesis and evolution of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure,thirteen syndromes of heart failure were focused on Qi,yang,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,diuresis,reserving the upward Qi and resolving the water retention. Conclusion： The diagnosis and treatment of CHD complicated with heart failure according to the multi-center and large-sample epidemiological investigation is in accordance with clinical diagnosis and treatment,which can reflect the clinical consensus of clinicians and provide the reference for standardized treatment of TCM.
