摘  要:目的:探讨芹菜素纳米乳对CCl_4诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型的保肝和抗纤维化作用。方法:采用CCl_4复制大鼠肝纤维化模型,自造模之日开始,灌胃给药,1次/d,连续8周。末次给药后24 h,取大鼠血和肝脏,检测血清肝功能(ALT、AST、ALP、LDH)指标、肝纤维化指标(HA、LN、Ⅲ-C、Ⅳ-C)和肝组织中MDA、Hyp含量与SOD、GSH-P x活力,观察肝脏组织病理变化。结果:模型组大鼠有明显肝损伤和肝纤维化表现;各给药组肝功能和肝纤维化均有不同程度的改善,HE染色和Masson染色结果表明其肝脏病变程度均较模型组明显减轻。结论:芹菜素纳米乳对CCl_4诱导肝纤维化大鼠具有明显的保肝和抗纤维化作用。Objective : To investigate the protective and anti-fibrosis effect of apigenin nanoemulsionon CCl4-induced hepatic fibrosis in rats. Methods: Ahepaticfibrosismodel wasinducedviahypodermicinjectionof CCl_4.Drugs wereadministratedfrom the first day for 8 weeks,once a day. 24 hours after the last administration,the level of hepatic function indices( ALT,AST,ALP,LDH) and hepatic fibrosis indices( HA,LN,Ⅲ-C,Ⅳ-C) in serum and MDA,Hyp content,SOD,GSH-Px activity in hepatic tissue were detected. Liver histopathological changes were observed. Result: The rats in the model group suffered obvious hepatic damage and fibrosis. Liver function and hepatic fibrosis were proved in drug groups. The liver pathological of HE and Masson showed that total apigenin nanoemulsion could relieve the degree of hepatic fibrosis obviously. Conclusion: Total apigenin nanoemulsion played an important role in preventing hepatic fibrosis of the rat liver.
