益肾清利活血法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨益肾清利活血法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年6月—2016年6月医院收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者81例,根据入院时间,将其分为两组,对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=41)。对照组采取常规治疗基础上,再用肾炎康复片和百令胶囊进行治疗;观察组在对照组基础上,加用补肾清利活血汤进行治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效,肾功能(BUN、SCr),24 h尿蛋白定量(UTP),中医证候积分改变情况,实验室指标及不良反应。结果:治疗后,对照组总有效率为80.00%,观察组总有效率为90.24%,观察组临床效果优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,两组BUN,SCr、UTP和尿红细胞计数(URBC)水平均下降,观察组BUN,SCr、UTP及URBC水平下降程度优于对照组,中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但两组血脂(TC、TG、LDL-C)、血尿酸(UA)、血白蛋白(ALB)水平,治疗前后无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益肾清利活血法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效显著,可使患者肾功能、临床体征得以有效改善,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of Yishen Qingli Huoxue method on treating chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods： In our hospital from June 2012 to June 2016,81 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis,according to hospital time,were divided into two groups,control group（ n = 40） and observation group（ n = 41）. The control group was treated with conventional treament,Shenyan Kangfu Tablets and Bailing Capsule. The observation group,on the basis of control group,added Yishen Qingli Huoxue Decoction. Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,renal function（ BUN,SCr）,24 h urine protein quantitative（ UTP）,TCM syndrome integral change situation,laboratory indexes and adverse reactions. Results： After treatment,the total effective rate was 80. 00% in the control group and the observation group＇s total effective rate was 90. 24%. The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,two groups＇ BUN,SCr and UTP and urine red blood cell count（ URBC） level decreased. The observation group＇s BUN,SCr and UTP and URBC levels decrease degree was better than that of control group. TCM syndrome integral was significantly lower than that of the control group and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. But two groups＇ blood lipid（ TC,TG,LDL-C）,blood uric acid（ UA） and blood albumin（ ALB） levels had no obvious difference before and after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of Yishen Qingli Huoxue method on treating chronic glomerulonephritis is distinct and can be used to effectively improve patients＇ renal function and clinical signs,worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.
