中西医结合三联疗法对异位妊娠保守治疗后输卵管通畅度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析中西医结合三联疗法对异位妊娠保守治疗后输卵管通畅度的影响。方法:随机选取医院2014年4月—2015年4月期间接收治疗的104例异位妊娠保守治疗患者为研究对象,将所选患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(52例)和观察组(52例),患者均接受保守治疗成功后,观察组给予中西医结合三联疗法进行治疗,对照组则给予子宫输卵管造影术进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗状况。结果:观察组患者治疗后的输卵管通畅度为46.15%,明显高于对照组的25%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.758 7,P<0.05),观察组患者治疗过程中的不良反应总发生率为5.77%,明显低于对照组的23.08%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.705 9,P<0.05)。结论:针对异位妊娠保守治疗成功者给予中西医结合三联疗法进行治疗,对输卵管通畅状况有明显的改善作用,临床应用推广。Objective： To explore the effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on tubal patency after conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： A total of 104 cases of ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment of patients were divided into the control group（ 52 cases） and observation group（ 52 cases） according to the random number table. All of the patients received successful conservative treatment. The observation group was given traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with triple therapy and control group received the uterine oviduct radiography treatment. Compare two groups＇ clinical curative effect. Results： After treatment,observation group＇s tubal patency rate was 46. 15%,significantly higher than the control group ＇s 25%. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6%,significantly lower than that of the control group（ 24%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： For patients with successful ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment,the integrated Chinese and Western medicine triple therapy treatment can obviously improve the tubal patency situation. This treatment is better and has a good clinical application value.
