临床用血管理评价指标的意义及应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨临床用血管理评价的内涵和意义,确定临床用血管理评价的指标,完善临床用血评估评价体系。方法将输血的统计数据结合现有医院医政管理已确定的统计数据,按照用血相关的法规和指南的要求和控制标准,在医院间、临床用血科室、临床用血医生三个维度进行分析,建立临床用血管理评价的相应指标。结果确定临床用血管理评价的定义,确立13个评价指标名称、计算公式、意义和应用方向。结论通过制定完善临床用血管理评价指标,为医院和行政管理部门实现《医疗机构临床用血管理办法》的要求,为临床加强临床用血管理、提高安全有效用血水平、节约血液资源提供技术手段。Objective Discuss on the significance and define an evaluation indicator for the clinical use of blood management. Improve the evaluation system for clinical transfusion. Method Do a three-dimension analysis among hospitals, blood-demanded departments and doctors by combining transfusion statistics data with the observed data in hospital andreferring to the relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines on blood using. Building management evaluation indexes for clinical transfusion. Results We defined the concept of management evaluation for clinical transfusion, established 13 evaluation index includes names, formulation, significance, and application guidance. Conclusions By developing a complete management evaluation indexes for clinical blood usage, we can provide hospitals and administrative departments with methods for meeting the requirements of the medical institutions management approach for clinical use of blood. It can also help with strengthening the management of blood for clinical use and raise the level of safety and efficiency of blood using.
