摘 要:公共交通建设投资的经济效应可能随着经济社会环境的变化而改变,文章选取2006-2015年江西省11个地级市面板数据,对空间模型SDM、SAR和SEM进行模型选择,分析了公共交通建设投资对区域经济发展的影响。实证结果表明:江西省地区间人均生产总值存在空间负相关性,人均公共交通资本存量在2010年以前呈现空间正相关,而2010年后呈现空间负相关;江西省地区公共交通建设投资对区域经济发展存在显著的正影响,但在2006-2009年有正空间外部性,在2010-2015年有负空间外部性;不同交通行业投资对当地经济发展均有正影响,其中公路投资的影响程度最大,并且不同时期不同交通行业投资的外部经济效应有较大差异。The economic effect of public transport construction investment may transform as the economic and social environment changes, this paper selects the panel data of 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi province from 2006 to 2015 and the spatial model from SDM, SAR and SEM to analyze the effect of public transport construction investment on regional economic development. The empirical results show that: There is a spatial negative correlation between regional GDP per capital in Jiangxi province. Public transport capital stock per capita rendered the positive spatial correlation before 2010, but renders the negative spatial correlation after 2010; There is a significant positive impact of public transport construction investment on regional economic development in the province, but public transport construction investment rendered the positive spatial externalities from 2006 to 2009 and the negative spatial externalities from 2010 to 2015. The investments in different transport sectors have positive effects on local economic development, among which the effect of highway investment is strongest. Besides, there are big differences between the external economic effects of investments in different transport sectors durinz different oeriods.
