摘 要:为了实现对原子磁力仪系统中微弱、发散、快速调制的光信号的精密检测,克服传统平衡探测器接光面积小、增益小、光电管间距不可调及与自由空间光信号探测不兼容等缺点,采用基于基尔霍夫定律的平衡差分放大法和基于平行轨道焊盘的精调方法,设计并制作了高增益平衡光电探测器,并介绍了其工作原理和结构组成。首先,针对光斑发散大和调制速率快的特点确定了具有10 mm×10 mm大接光面积的高速光电管;然后设计了双管中心间距从20~60 mm连续可调的平行轨道焊盘,增强其对各种光学系统的兼容性;最后,利用两级放大电路设计实现了高增益特性。实验结果表明,该探测器-3 dB带宽达到800 k Hz,信号跨阻增益达0.91 MΩ,在70 kHz时的信噪比为38.5 dB,能够满足原子磁力仪系统光信号检测的要求。In order to achieve precision detection of the weak, divergent and fast modulated optical signal in atomic magnetometer systems and overcome the disadvantages of traditional balanced detectors with small light-receiving areas, small gains, nonadjustable center distances between eachpair of photodiodes and incompatible with free space optical signal detection, anapproachbased on Kirchhoff's law of balanced differential amplification and a fine tuning methodbased on parallel tracks pads are adopted. Ahigh-gain balanced photodetectorisdesigned and produced, and the working principle and structure composition are introduced. First, for the features of large spot divergence and high modulation rate, a high-speed photodiode with a 10 mm x 10 mm large light-receiving area isdetermined;then a pair of parallel track padswhich enabledouble-diode center spaeeto be continuously adjusted from 20 mm to 60 mm isde- signed ,which enhancesthe compatibilitywith a variety of optical systems ; Finally, a two-stage amplifier circuit is de- signed to achieve the high gain characteristic. Experimental results show that the detector achieves a - 3 dB band- width of 800 kHz,a signal transimpedanee gain of 0. 91 Ml2,and a SNR of 38.5 dB@ 70 kHz. Therefore,this bal- anced photodetector fairly meets the needs of optical signal detection of atomic magnetometer systems.
