摘  要:对宝钢高炉喷涂造衬实绩和在喷涂造衬方面的生产操作技术进行了总结。着重阐述了喷涂造衬在喷涂施工、喷涂后高炉初期的维护、喷涂后高炉的炉型管理三方面的主要经验。宝钢高炉喷涂实践表明,喷涂对提升高炉利用系数作用有限,但对于改善炉役后期的炉况和部分技术指标(如提高煤比、降低总焦比和燃料比等)非常有效;生产中降料线喷涂的高炉生产指标的改善能维持12个月以上,而利用快速大修进行炉体喷涂的高炉,在生产24个月后仍能保持良好的操作炉型。The operation performance and operation technology of Baosteel's BF relining by gunning are summarized and the main experience in execution of relining, early stage maintenance of BF after gunning, and furnace profile management after gunning are expounded. Baosteel's BF relining practice shows that refractory liner gunning offer limited benefit for improving BF productivity, but it is very effective for improving furnace status at post campaign of the furnace and very effective for upgrading some technical indexes (such as increasing coal rate, reducing total coke rate and fuel ratio, etc. ) The BF production indexes improved through relining with the stockline lowered during production can maintain for more than 12 months, and the operation furnace profile improved through relining during quick furnace overhaul keeps well even after 24 months of production.
