摘 要:介绍了SF_6气体在GIS设备泄漏的危害和传统的检测SF_6气体泄漏的方法,并分析了其中的不足。利用GIS设备气体泄漏时能够发声的特点,本文使用声发射技术对GIS设备进行了相应的实验,包括对检验合格GIS设备的检测、模拟GIS设备漏气时的检测和当检测设备集音装置方向相反时对设备的检测,并得到了相应的实验数据,通过对实验数据的分析比较了近距离探头和远距离探头的优缺点,确定了利用声发射技术检测GIS设备的可行性,并且指出检测过程中应保持集音装置方向一致性。This paper first introduced the SF6 gas leakage in the GIS equipment and the traditional method of detection of SF6 gas leakage.And this paper analyzed the shortcomings of traditional detection methods. Because of the characteristics of the GIS equipment gas leakage, the paper used the acoustic emission technology to carry on the corresponding experiment to the GIS equipment.These tests included the detection of qualified GIS equipment, the detection of the leakage of simulated GIS equipment and the detection of the device when the device was in the opposite direction, and the corresponding experimental data were obtained. Based on the analysis of the experimental data, the advantages and disadvantages of the near distance probe and the long distance probe were analyzed and compared, the feasibility of using acoustic emission technique to detect GIS equipment were determined, and it was pointed out that the consistency of the direction of the set sound device should be kept in the testing process.
