摘  要:介绍在10/0.4kV三相双绕组电力变压器中设铁芯松动、绕组松动、绕组幅向错位故障,利用基频、幅值、主频率、频率比重以及频谱复杂度等振动特征量,研究了变压器绕组在上述故障条件下油箱表面的振动变化规律。研究结果表明,三种故障条件下的频谱复杂度均会降低,绕组松动和铁芯松动中的振动基频会升高,绕组错位中的基频振动会降低。本文的结论对基于振动信号分析法的电力变压器诊断具有借鉴意义。This paper through setting lack of clamping pressure in both winding and core as well as radial displacement of HV wingding in a 10/0.4 kV power transformer with three phases. Using the vibration eigenvalues in spectrum, such as the amplitude of 100 Hz, the proportion of frequency, the maximum amplitude of vibration spectrum, the complexity of vibration spectrum, deals with the vibration characteristics under the above-mentioned faults. The conclusion shows that the complexity of vibration spectrum in three faults decreases and the 100 Hz vibration in looseness faults rises, while in radial displacement of winding can decreas. The conclusion of this paper may make contributions to the condition monitoring technology of transformer.
