摘  要:为保证电力系统安全、可靠的运行,维护系统的稳定,为用户提供优质的电能,需要使表征电力系统状态的各参数保持稳定。需要对这些参数进行监控,得到测量精度高、实时性好的数据。交流信号受电网波动(短路故障、投切机组)、谐波污染,频率改变,交流信号采样误差较大。基于常用的均方根算法在时域对工频信号采样误差进行误差分析,找出误差主导因素,并提出补偿方法,为RTU提高了测量精度,提供理论依据。To ensure power system in safety and stable operation, and provide qualified power to customers, the parameters which characterize power system's statement must be in stable state. So the system should be monitored to get real-time, accurate dates. Frequency of AC sinusoidal signal changed because of active power (Short-circuit , generator make-and-break) ,harmonic pollution, error is generated .In time domain ,Error analysis of sampling signals is based on Rms algorithm, and the main factors is found,which provides a theoretical basis for improvement of measures to reduce the measurement error.
