摘  要:减少配气机构摩擦功对于进一步降低发动机油耗意义重大。文章介绍了一种采用滚动轴承的低滚阻式配气机构,并运用CAE虚拟分析方法对结构受力的动态特性、零部件间的振动耦合进行了系统的分析和研究,不仅掌握了该类型配气机构的特性参数,而且为后续问题解决与设计优化提供了指导。最后,通过与试验结果的对比分析,完善了配气机构的虚拟评估方法,将摇臂载荷频率特性、凸轮轴与气门固有频率分布等技术参数纳入作为新的评估指标。It is important to reduce the friction resistance of valve train system for improving the engine fuel consumption performance. In this paper, a new type of valve train system is intro- duced. By CAE analysis, the valve trains character of structural load dynamic and coupling vibration between parts is known. This supplies strong support for subsequent problems solving and design opti- mization. Finally, through the contrast with physical test, the virtual analysis methods are confirmed and some new targets are brought into assessment system, such as finger load frequency and the normal mode interval between cam shafts and valves.
