摘　　要：建立了高速逆流色谱法分离纯化民族药材白花丹根中的兰雪醌的方法。选择石油醚∶乙醇∶水(5∶7∶3)为两相溶剂系统,转速900 r/min,流速2.0 ml/min,温度25℃,检测波长254 nm。结果从500 mg白花丹根粗提物中经一步分离得到兰雪醌350 mg,UPLC纯度99.0%,收率70%。A high speed counter-current chromatography （HSCCC） method was established for the isolation and purification of plumbagin from radix of Plumbago zeylanica by petroleum ether∶ethanol∶water （5∶7∶3） as the two-phase solvent system. Revolution speed, flow rate, temperature and detection wavelength were adjusted to 900 r/min,2.0 ml/min, 25 ℃ and 254 nm, respectively. As a result, 350 mg of plumbagin was obtained in one-step separation from the crude extract （500 mg） under the above conditions, with the UPLC purity of 99.0% and the yield of 70%.
