摘　　要：2016年5月,我国公布首批专利药国家谈判结果,降价效果显著。随后,国家及各省纷纷出台相关政策文件就专利药国家谈判结果的落实作出规定。本文从医院采购与临床使用以及医保目录准入与报销政策两方面分析我国谈判药品落实情况,探究我国创新药物市场准入机制的完善意见。In May, 2016, the government published the patent drug price negotiation results, which showed that the price reduction of three drugs had a significant effect. Subsequently, the State and the Provinces have introduced the relevant policies on the implementation of the results. On the basis of analyzing the implementation of three drugs from three aspects： purchase, clinical use and reimbursement, the paper explores the shortcomings of the patent drug price negotiation and puts forward specific opinions.
