摘　　要：牛轮状病毒(Bovine rotavirus,BRV)是犊牛腹泻的重要病原之一,了解病毒的分子结构和功能以及遗传进化,对该病毒的检测方法和防控具有重要意义。论文对近年来在A群BRV的重要结构蛋白和非结构蛋白的分子特征和功能的研究进展做一综述。Bovine rotavirus （BRV） is one of the important pathogens of calf diarrhea.Therefore, it is very important to realize the molecular structure, function and genetic evolution of virus for control, prevention and detection method of BRV. The molecular characteristics and function of several important structural proteins and non-structural proteins of group A BRV were summarized in this review.
