围产期山羊肝脏穿刺采样对血常规和肝功能的影响

摘　　要：围产期是反刍动物普通病及传染病高发时期,其最显著的病理特征是能量负平衡。肝脏是能量代谢最重要的器官,肝脏样品的采集在围产期疾病诊断及发病机制研究方面尤为重要。用围产期山羊作为试验动物,采用穿刺活检技术进行肝脏样本采集。标准穿刺活检操作对9头围产期山羊进行70次穿刺取样,结果显示,肝脏采出率为100%,死亡率为0,流产率为0;血常规检查及肝功能检测显示血液学指标及转氨酶无明显异常。说明此法安全可靠,可用于山羊肝脏的活检取样。Peripartum period is a time when common diseases and contagious diseases of ruminants often take place,and its most prominent pathological feature is the negative energy balance （NEB）.The liver is the major organ for energy metabolism, and thus the collection of liver samples is of particularly importance for the diagnosis and study of pathogenesis of perinatal diseases.In the present study, needle biopsy was employed for liver tissue sampling in peripartum goats.Standard operation of needle puncture was applied to 9 peripartum goats,and 70 times of biopsy were accomplished in total.Results showed that liver samples were taken successfully during each puncture with mortality rate and abortion rate both at 0%. Blood routine test and liver function test suggested no significant difference before and after biopsy. Those data indicated that needle biopsy was a reliable and safe method for collection of liver samples in peripartum goats,and would facilitate the research of perinatal diseases in ruminants.
