摘　　要：[目的/意义]在恐怖主义国际化趋势日益凸显的背景下,中国加强同相关国家和地区的反恐情报信息交流,不仅有利于惩治国内恐怖活动犯罪,同时有助于防范境外恐怖分子回流和海外利益受袭风险。[方法/过程]以《反恐怖主义法》为依归,系统分析我国反恐情报信息国际交流的立法体系和具体规定,并提出加强反恐情报信息国际交流的建议。[结果/结论]新形势下,应着眼增强互信、拓展渠道、畅通机制、提升能力等维度,不断提高我国反恐情报信息国际交流的成效。[ Purpose/Significance ] International intelligence cooperation in counter-terrorism will not only help to punish domestic terrorists, but also help to prevent the back-flow of foreign fighters and to guard against the risk of terrorist attacks overseas. [ Method / Process ] This paper analyzes the legislation of international intelligence cooperation, and puts forward suggestions on strengthening the counter-terrorism intelligence exchange on the basis of the Counter-terrorism Law. [ Result/Conclusion] Facing the new situation, China should continue to improve the effectiveness of international intelligence exchanges in counter-terrorism by strengthening mutual trust, ex- panding channels, establishing mechanisms and enhancing capability.
