摘　　要：介绍了地板盒形件拉深模设计,对引起工序件变形缺陷的原因进行了分析,提出增加限位凸模,达到控制工序件变形缺陷的目的,保证地板的成形质量,对类似零件的拉深模设计具有一定的借鉴意义。The design of drawing die for floor with box part was presented, and the reasons for the deformation defect of forming parts were analyzed. The deformation of forming parts was controlled by adding limit punches, which ensured the quality of floor and provided references for similar parts production.
